Astech Maldives Pvt Ltd (Astech), a provider of communication solutions, and Maldicore Group Pvt Ltd (Maldicore), a provider of information technology solutions, have formed a strategic business partnership to address enterprise level businesses and strengthen the management.
The two companies plan to provide customers a suite of fixed and flexible information communication technology products and solutions for nationwide enterprises seeking an answer to the technical and financial demands associated with managing enterprise networks and new service initiatives.
Under the agreement, Astech and Maldicore will work together to provide innovative products and services. Maldicore will user Astech's products and services while extending Astech's information technology service levels.
